Shipping & Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
- Customers may submit a return request within 7 days of the package delivery date.
- Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only applicable if the returned product is in its original, sellable condition, with tags attached. Any items with stains, wear, or damage (including damage incurred during return shipping) will not be accepted.
Exchanges
- Domestic orders may be eligible for exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
International Orders
- International orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
- For deliveries outside the U.S., we ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for all import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other additional charges imposed by the destination country.
- If a customer refuses to pay duties or taxes and the parcel is returned, a 25% service fee will be charged and deducted from the refund (if eligible).
- We are not responsible for lost packages, tracking delays with carriers, or parcels abandoned by customs.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will reflect in the customer’s account within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
